Life with a cop.

Oh look!  Joey bought new shoes!

Nevermind.  That's just confiscated weapons.

(BTW, that's not a real gun.  Looks pretty legit though, no?!?)

It's just a normal day.  You know, like the day I found a bullet in the wash.

You know I love this. I find bullets in the most random places. :)

Holy crap.

So scary to think these people walk amongst us. I'm sure you've heard more than your fair share of stories.

Can't say I've ever found a random bullet...thankfully.

Are those weapons he confiscated on the job? Does he have to turn them into the precinct?

In my defense, I had to get a digital scale out of there... I took it from a drug dealer :)

I looked in on your blog when I saw this post on our mutual friend, Aubrey Garcia's page. This post cracked me up. I'm married to a cop, too. A friend recently asked me why my kitchen scale is so tiny and measures in grams. My reply was, "Um... because it's actually a drug scale." :)

let's get acquainted

THE Stephanie
I’m Stephanie - wife to one extremely handsome cop; mother to two extremely silly kids. The hubs and I have been married since February ’99. I love him more each day and simply can’t get enough of him. My daughter, Ashton, is 12 going on 17. She’s beautiful, creative, smart, and oh, so sassy. Taylor, our son, is 8 and is so much like his daddy it’s scary. He makes me laugh all the time with the silly things he says and does. He won’t remember what you told him 5 minutes from now, just like his daddy. I love to laugh and spend time with friends and family. I’ve also recently discovered a love for cooking and enjoy sharing recipes. I love finding new blog friends, so be sure to leave a comment so I can do the same!
