Lately, I'm pretty much addicted to anything with spinach and artichokes. Earlier this week I had this Lean Cuisine for lunch and it was so yummy!!

I'm also loving these frozen omelets!  I always have such a hard time figuring out what to eat for breakfast and these taste great and keep me from loading up on carbs.

Another yummy breakfast that I found recently is the Jimmy Dean D-Lite sandwiches.  They have more carbs, but they're still high in protein and they are GOOD!

My new favorite thing for lunch, when dining out, is the Chili's house salad with their citrus balsamic vinaigrette dressing (on the side, of course).  I'm not a salad person usually, but this salad is so good!

And one last thing that I think I could add to virtually anything these days?  Cilantro!!  YUMMM!

So, what are your favorites these days?  Anything new and delicious I should try?

Mmmm....that lean cuisine sandwich looks delish! The club panini from lean cuisine is also pretty good.

Lately I have been ADDICTED to oreos dunked in milk. I don't know why but it is a must have dessert each night for me! lol Oh and I love the black pepper and oil triscuits. Add a little cheese to those babies and yum!

Whole Foods has this stuff that I call 'crack' and I posted it a could days ago. It is essentially sunflower seed brittle but the brittle part is better than any I have ever had. I cannot buy it without eating the whole bag. Seriously. On a good for you note, WF also has a REALLY good herbed turkey breast lunchmeat that I have been getting every week for sammies when I need a quick lunch or dinner.

I hate hate hate cilantro... which is sort of inconvenient here in Texas!

My favorite Lean Cuisine is the Chicken with Basil Cream Sauce. I eat it at least twice a week.

I love him more each day and simply can’t get enough of him. My daughter, Ashton, is 12 going on 17. She’s beautiful, creative, smart, and oh, so sassy. Taylor, our son, is 8 and is so much like his daddy it’s scary. He makes me laugh all the time with the silly things he says and does. He won’t remember what you told him 5 minutes from now, just like his daddy. I love to laugh and spend time with friends and family. I’ve also recently discovered a love for cooking and enjoy sharing recipes. I love finding new blog friends, so be sure to leave a comment so I can do the same!
