*Don't forget to sign up for my current giveaway. Giveaway ends today at noon CST!

My mom texted me yesterday and asked if we had plans for Memorial Day weekend. She rented a 3 bedroom condo at the beach and wanted all of us to go (my parents, our family, and my brothers family).

UM, YEAH!!!

Oh my gosh, people. I could not be more excited!! I need a vacation so bad! The academy, graduation, and adjusting to Joey's new schedule has left all of us wiped out! And amazingly enough, that is the ONLY weekend that Joey has off. He's changing schedules that weekend, so he has Saturday, Sunday, AND Monday off (until 10pm, that is). It's a police officer miracle!!

Now, here's where you all come in.

Um, I'm not beach ready. Seriously. I thought I had until July to get ready to parade (ha ha!) around in my beachware, but BAM! Now I only have 7 days.

So, send me all your crash diets that could possibly help me drop a few LBS. I know you have them. I know you've used them. DO SHARE!

Happy Friday, peeps! I'll announce the winner of the giveaway later this afternoon.

So jealous girl!!! Have so much fun,. Also, you look fantastic. Don't make me come down there and smack you! Just stay away from the salt and all that kind of stuff (she says while eating baked Lay's) and you'll be fine.

Ummmm....I have to agree with all the lovely ladies above- you do not need to do a crash diet because you look fabulous! And please, I can only pray to look like you do after kids! :-)

Buuuuut....if you still don't want to believe me I would suggest cutting out all pop. Supposedly you can drop up to 10lbs by cutting it out. And drink lots of water to cleanse your system.

Have a great time! I am so jealous!

I don't think you need a crash diet, but I have noticed if I drink more water and take a nice run/walk everyday that I drop weight and tone up pretty fast. Enjoy the beach.

you know, i was going to say the same thing, you already look fantastic, but i know that's really not what you want as your answer. right? us women, other's tell us we look great but we still feel the bloating and yucky fat we still carry around. :)

I have no advise to give becuase i seem to already do all of the above. i am very interested in what izzy suggests as "eating clean" though. please elaborate, because, i like steph, will take in any advise.

awww I am so jealous! I hope you have so much fun! It IS a police officer miracle that Joey has a free weekend! My hubby and I just got back from our last "weekend getaway" before he does some ride alongs this weekend and then FTO begins. I am beginning to learn that no free weekends is one of the aspects of this job I am NOT going to like too much. Hopefully it won't last forever. Enjoy yourselves this weekend!

let's get acquainted
