A few of my favorite things...

Ahhh... I never thought I'd see the day. But last night, driving home from worship rehearsal, I saw gas prices that had finally fallen below $2.

Just to prove that I'm not a liar, I took a picture.

Most of you are aware of my love affair with Sour Patch Kids...

... but now I have a new love.

It's horrible, I know, but I counter-act the calorie intake with this:

That does work, right? I mean all of the calories from the chocolate covered pretzels are balanced out by the zero calorie Diet Dr. Pepper, right?

RIGHT??

Is anyone there? Bueller?

Oh yeah, Diet Dr. Pepper and Cherry Coke Zero are staples in my fridge. They absolutely cancel out the Snickers bars I sneak every once in a while.

Not sure what fuel prices are here. I need fuel, we live in a small town with limited choices so I just fuel up without looking. Onto the fun stuff... my favorite lunch is a diet cherry vanilla dr pepper and a snickers bar. Absolutely NO calories at all whatsoever. They completely cancel each other out. I'm glad there is someone else out there who thinks the way I do. :)

Hi, I saw you from Chapters! The calories are definitely balanced, I'm totally with you! We haven't had sour patch kids in a while! Yum! And that gas price is awesome!

Ok seriously...Love Ferris Bueller!!!
and then I just said to hubby today; do you think gas will fall below 1.99...and there you post it!
It's 2.13 here in Sunny Florida...in some places...my neighborhood thinks we are getting a deal at 2.33...who they kiddin?

And LOVE Diet Doctor Pepper. I drank the full cal when pregnant with Love, they don't know what that sugar substitute does when your preggers but LOVE Doctor Pepper and it sure does balance it out but don't tell Joey that!

You look pretty skinny : ). I don't know if you even need to counteract the calories. Diet Dr. Pepper is pretty great isn't it. It doesn't even taste diet-y! What a beautiful blog you have. Just lovely!

Two things. First, Diet Dr. Pepper definitely covers any chocolate calories. Two, we his $1.97 yesterday too! Whoo-hoo!! :)
