Day 12 down.

I don't know what it was about yesterdays workout, but it seemed more intense.

Maybe I worked harder...

I'm not sore. I haven't been at all since I started Level 2. I don't know what the deal is, but I'm keepin' on.

I've been a total slacker with Izzy's ab workout. Not b/c I don't want to, but I have actually just completely forgotten. I need to get my abs in gear and remember to do that workout tonight!!

How is everyone else doing? What level are you on? Are you sore?

Your muscles are adapting that's why you're not sore. You need to push even harder! Oh and you better work on those abs. I've even planned phase 2 for when that routine doesn't make you sore anymore!

I'm on level 2 as well. It still is making me sore...esp. my butt. I feel that level 2 works my abs more with all the plank exercises. I do get through the first two series of level 2 and think, "I've got this!" Then the third series comes around and I think I'm going to die. Not sure when I'll be able to take on level 3. Monday I followed the workout up with a 20 minute cardio video (Turbo Jam) because I didn't get to work out this past weekend so I felt I needed to add a little something to help make up for it.

I'm still on Level 1 and am resisting going to Level 2 even though I'm not sore anymore. I workout at night after the boys go to sleep so I'm already exhausted by then. I'm holding the baby (15lbs) like 90% of the day b/c he's REALLY ALL the time! So I'm on my feet all day and my arms and legs are tired before I even work out! I'll move to Level 2 soon though.
