Ashton started cheer leading classes about 7-8 months ago and I must say, she certainly gets the prize for most improved. When she entered the class, not only could she not do a hand stand or cartwheel, but she could barely get herself off the ground! But today, I am so proud of my baby girl! She loves to go to cheer leading (which isn't really cheer leading, she tells me, because they don't use pom poms) and her coach tells me she is now the best in her class - that's my girl!!

Here are some pics from her class last night...

Ashton and Coach Amber

Sorry for the blurry pics, but these are action shots!!

This was her perfect cartwheel that I am so proud of. It took her several months to master it (and left-handed at that), but she's certainly got it now.

Taylor and Papa watching Ashton through the glass. She loved every minute of it... believe me!

Papa, Nana, and Mama came to watch Ashton perform (and believe me, through the glass, it was definitely a performance!) and she did great!! Mama and Papa came to see her when she first began her classes and her improvement is just beyond amazing!

Poor Taylor, he can only take so much... he's such a trooper though, he comes with me every week.

THE Stephanie
I’m Stephanie - wife to one extremely handsome cop; mother to two extremely silly kids. The hubs and I have been married since February ’99. I love him more each day and simply can’t get enough of him. My daughter, Ashton, is 12 going on 17. She’s beautiful, creative, smart, and oh, so sassy. Taylor, our son, is 8 and is so much like his daddy it’s scary. He makes me laugh all the time with the silly things he says and does. He won’t remember what you told him 5 minutes from now, just like his daddy. I love to laugh and spend time with friends and family. I’ve also recently discovered a love for cooking and enjoy sharing recipes. I love finding new blog friends, so be sure to leave a comment so I can do the same!
